At Naseby 1645, history doesn’t sit behind glass — it comes alive. We create exciting, hands-on experiences that immerse visitors of all ages in the drama and significance of the Battle of Naseby. Working in partnership with museums, libraries and local history groups, we turn the past into something to be explored, touched and enjoyed.
Our events have featured crowd-pleasing demonstrations of arms and armour, the stirring sights and sounds of drums and colours, creative battle-themed craft workshops, and magical storytelling sessions that spark young imaginations. Every activity is designed to inspire curiosity and make history fun, accessible and memorable.
And we’re only just getting started. Coming soon are immersive tabletop gaming experiences and thrilling escape rooms, inviting visitors to test their wits, strategy and teamwork as they step directly into the world of 1645. Whether you’re a history enthusiast, a family looking for a great day out, or a curious first-timer, Naseby 1645 offers an unforgettable journey into one of Britain’s most important battles.

It was a privilege to deliver an interactive history workshop for the members of Teamwork Trust, a Northamptonshire charity dedicated to ensuring that learning disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges are never barriers to community participation.
Through its inspiring work, Teamwork Trust helps adults build vocational, educational, social, and life skills, empowering each individual to achieve their own version of independence.
The workshop was designed to be inclusive, engaging, and accessible for everyone, encouraging participation from all attendees.
